modify editing

Hi,
sorry for my english.
I want to change some settings of the template joomla2.5 freestyle notice.
I tried to change the css file in the cache directory notice_notice_joomla25.css of public html.
the attempt failed.
file after the change, back to the original version.

I also ask where to intervene to modfiy the syntax of the time in the Italian version (hh / mm / ss).

Thank you for your courtesy.

Re: modify editing

Hello

The css files in the cache folder are generated from the ones in the main component folder. The source CSS files are in the following folders:

\components\com_fsj_notices\assets\css
\libraries\fsj_core\assets\css

You will need to delete the cache version to force it to be regenerated after the change.

Can you let me know where you want to change the time format at please?

Thanks

Re: Audit Message

Thanks Adam,
the format of the time I would change in the European (hh / mm / ss) is present in the time window of the new news.
When I insert a new story and define the date of publication sw automatically takes the PC time and translates the European format in the US (ss / mm / hh).
For this reason the new news is not public and waits.
To avoid this error I have to set a date of publication prior to the real one.

Thanks

Re: modify editing

Hello

The time format should always be H:m:s, this is not changed by the region settings at all. The date formats can change between different regions however.

I assume you are referring to the publish from and to dates for an announcement. Can you send me a couple of screen shots indicating what is happening please?

It may be a time zone issue. How is your site configured time zone wise?

Thanks
