Testimonial Error 500

Hi,

I have this messsage 'Insufficient Privileges' or Error 500. I checked and logged in with a user that has Manager, Administrator, Registered, Author, Editor, and Publisher following the link in the email and it said that I don't have sufficient privileges to moderate.

Any idea what to check on this?

Site under construction...

Thank you,

Pierre

Re: Testimonial Moderation

Hello

To allow a user access to the moderation pages on the frontend of your site, you need to goto Components -> Freestyle Testimonials -> Users. Here you can add the required permissions.

There is no way of adding the permissions to a user group in the free testimonials lite component, this is only available in the version of Testimonials included in our Support Portal component.

Thanks

Re: Audit Message

Hi Adam,

I added the required permissions for 1 user with Author, Editor, and Publisher. Result: Error 500.

I checked on other site : Error 404.

Any Idea?

Thank for your help.

Re: Testimonial Moderation

Is it possible to provide admin access to your site and I will take a look at this? Please open a support ticket with this information, and a link back to the forum thread for reference.

Thanks
