Error 500 on Emailed auto login tokens

Hi
I just upgraded my Freestyle Support from 2.5.x to the latest version (2.6.4.2109) - everything is working except the following:

The emails sent to both the users and handlers, once a ticket has been opened, used to have a direct link to the ticket, contained within the email - now, these links are throwing up an error 500

I need to get this functionality operational again.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hello,

Did you have the auto-login setting enabled when a user clicks on the link from the email?

Also have you recently upgraded your Joomla version?

Yes, re auto login.

Yes, re recent Joomla upgrade (I upgraded from 3.65 to 3.7.5)

The auto login/ticket link on users and handler emails were working fine before the upgrades today.

Unfortunately the auto-login feature is no longer supported due to changes in Joomla security which meant it was no longer possible.
