Freestyle Support Portal - Ticketed Support Module

The ticketed support module of Freestyle Support Portal is ideal for providing an organised and professional support system for your users. Users can submit support tickets and set priority levels. You can then log in to the admin side and respond to these support tickets - you can share file attachments, easily monitor replies and set tickets as open, follow-up or closed.

All options can be tailored to your individual requirements.

Look out for our ticketed support system in the support menu - highly useful if you have any queries which cannot be answered using the FAQ module or the knowledge base module.

Users can log in to a support ticket management area
Users can view individual tickets in the management area
Support tickets can be broken down by product, department and category
