An FAQ section is great idea to have on your website for a place where your users can go to get quick, simple answers to any possible questions they may have.
This will save your users time and you - instead of your users contacting you with small questions that can be answered quickly, they can browse an FAQ section and hopefully find their answer immediately. This will save them the time of contacting you directly and waiting for a response. It will also save you the time of responding to lots of small requests and allow you time for other things.
